Doubts and certitudes ...

Rumour has is that being certain has a touch of beauty to it; but what is totally ignored is the subtle allure of being in doubt. Believing is very monotonous, dubiety is profoundly mind-blowing.
And, it isn't a question of being modest, I believe that it is the most high-minded and noble, on the contrary, almost delirious, of our dignity.
No one believes you have the right to be at one's wit's end. I think the principle cause of our problems is that in our world today, the "stupid" are beyond doubt, sure of themselves, while the "intelligent" are endlessly dubious.
