A baby delivered in a Thai taxi ....   Bangkok, Thailand   Since the capital's notorious traffic jams mean pregnant women sometimes give birth on the way to the hospital ..... a specially trained police unit has delivered more than 120 babies at the roadside and has escorted 2,600 pregnant women to the hospital .... Bizarre Rules in China ....   Recent guidelines from Chunhui High School in Wenzhou China has some odd bizarre rules for their students. Vespa with a desk ..... ....   On September 1, 2013, parents from Shunhe Town in Macheng City in Hubei prepared to take their children to school, but with one little difference ..... they had to carry their childrens' desks ....
